A Proper Rifle Assembly
Expect cephalopods. Always.

I will not lie. This is probably the creepiest thing I have seen all day. The penguin is cute.
I don’t think I can handle the tiny dolphin. I DONT KNOW GUYS. THEIR FACES. I JUST CAN’T.

And the most upsetting thing is that this will probably not have any reblogs. We matter too.

This has been a really tough fucking few weeks. Many of my friends are still trapped by flood waters, supply routes have been cut off, we’re all worried about infected water supplies (there was an e coli break in another town) and of course, it’s not over yet. And we’re the lucky ones.
Please keep us in your thoughts. The clean up is going to be massive. Queensland needs all of the support it can get. If you can donate, or know someone who can, please click the above adorable image. Reblog if you have the time.

things that I learn on the internet: part one.
there is an octopus. it is called ‘the blanket octopus’. it looks like that.
also? ‘These species have evolved an unusual defense mechanism: blanket octopuses are immune to the poisonous Portuguese man o’ war, whose tentacles the male and immature females rip off and use for defensive purposes’
did you read that? The last time I saw something like that happen? It was a Predator, ripping an Alien tail off and using it as a spear. I just. I don’t know what’s more badass here. DO YOU?
